Q1：We don’t have 3D drawings, only a PDF flow diagram. Can you still build it?
Yes. We reverse-model from PDFs, aerial photos, or site photos, with key equipment dimensions estimated per industry-standard ratios. A scale confirmation drawing is provided for your review at the proposal stage.
Q2：Does a chemical model need explosion-proof certification?
The model itself doesn’t run process media, so no explosion-proof rating is required in a standard showroom environment. For placement in classified areas, flame-retardant materials and static-dissipation treatment are available — please disclose the environment in advance.
Q3：Can you add LED lights to the petrochemical model?
Yes. We can install LED lighting to simulate pipeline flow, equipment operation and lighting effects for your petrochemical display model.
Q4：What is your typical lead time for chemical plant scale models?
The production time depends on the model size, complexity and detail requirements. We will confirm the exact timeline after reviewing your drawings.
Q5：What kind of packaging do you offer for overseas shipment?
We add internal reinforcement for the model first, pack it into a professional flight case, and then place the flight case inside a plywood export wooden crate for extra protection during sea and air transportation.
